Encouragement of Climb's Unaired Episode Previewed in Video

The official website for the Encouragement of Climb (Yama no Susume) television anime series began streaming a preview promotional video for the unaired episode included in the Blu-ray Disc release on Friday. In the episode, Aoi (voiced by Yuka Iguchi), Hinata (Kana Asumi), Kaede (Yōko Hikasa), and Kokona (Yui Ogura) all head to a bouldering gym. There, Aoi and Hinata face the awe-imposing climbing wall for the first time.
This 5-minute episode 13 "Kabe-tte Kowakunai no?" (The Wall's Kinda Scary, Isn't It?) will be on the Blu-ray that ships on May 24. The Blu-ray will also have the original 12 television episodes, the long version of the theme song "Staccato Days," a collection of the Seibu Railways Smile Vision commercials, a booklet with designs and exclusive manga drawn by original creator Shiro, and an early ticket application form for a December 12 event.
