Shueisha to Launch Jump Live App

This year's 31st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that the "Jump Live" smartphone app will launch in August. The app will feature exclusive content from the magazine's manga creators.
The app will be available for iOS and Android devices for free, but a 250-yen (about US$2.50) pass will give users access to all the app's content. New content will be added on the 30th of every month.
The same issue is also announcing two new characters for Namco Bandai Games' J-Stars Victory Vs. "team battle action" video game: Gintama's Sakata Gintoki and Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikōen-mae Hashutsujo's Kankichi Ryotsu.
