Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai! Film's 2nd Teaser Streamed

Kyoto Animation began streaming the 2nd teaser trailer for the Takanashi Rikka • Kai ~Gekijō-ban Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai!~ (Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai! the Movie: Rikka Takanashi's Revision) film on Friday. The teaser features the song "-Across the line-" by Maaya Uchida, the voice actress of series heroine Rikka.
According to the television anime's director Tatsuya Ishihara, the film will be a compilation of the first television season — only as seen from the character Rikka's eyes and recontructed with new elements to make it interesting for the audience. The staff and cast from the first season are returning for this film. Rikka (as voiced by Maaya Uchida) will perform the opening theme song, while Rikka, Shinka Nibutani (Chinatsu Akasaki), Kumin Tsuyuri (Azumi Asakura), and Sanae Dekomori (Sumire Uesaka) will perform the ending theme "Secret Survivor" as Black Raison d'être.
The second batch of advance tickets are now available for purchase, each with one of four limited-edition IC stickers with new art by character designer Kazumi Ikeda.
The Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai! television anime series premiered in Japan last October. Sentai Filmworks acquired the series for digital and home video distribution in North America, and The Anime Network is streaming the series.
A teaser had aired in March to reveal that the anime has had its "contract renewed." The June issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype magazine then reported in May that production on the second season had been green-lit.
The film will premiere in Japan on September 14.
