Disgaea's Yamamoto Makes Vita RPG With Idea Factory

Compile Heart developing 2014 game with Guided Fate Paradox's Masahiro Yamamoto

Video game company Idea Factory announced on Monday that it has signed a contract with game creator Masahiro Yamamoto (Disgaea 2, Disgaea 4, The Guided Fate Paradox, Soul Nomad & the World Eaters) to create a new role-playing game for the PlayStation Vita. The game, which is in development with Idea Factory subsidiary Compile Heart, is currently slated for a release in 2014.

Idea Factory and Yamamoto did not provide any further details about the game, but did release a silhouetted image.

Yamamoto has worked as a game director, designer, and main programmer.
