Muv Luv: Photon Flowers, Photon Melodies to Ship for PS3 in 2014

Game developer 5pb. (MAGES.) opened a teaser website on Friday that announces the Muv Luv adventure game series' latest games, Muv Luv: Photon Flowers and Muv Luv: Photon Melodies for PlayStation 3.
The site reveals that Muv Luv: Photon Flowers will ship on April 24, 2014, while Muv Luv: Photon Melodies is slated for next summer. The regular version of Muv Luv: Photon Flowers will retail at 5,800 yen (about US$55), while the limited version will cost 7,800 yen (US$74). The downloadable version is priced at 5,000 yen (US$48). Prices for regular, limited, and downloadable editions of Muv Luv: Photon Melodies remain undecided.
Adult game company âge will reveal more details about the games at a presentation to be held at its Comic Market 85 booth (#615) from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Niconico will also stream the event online. Comic Market 85 will take place at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center from December 29 to 31.
The franchise inspired the Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse television anime which first aired in Japan from July to December 2012, and Crunchyroll streamed the series online. The anime is based on the Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse novel, which is itself a spinoff of the 2006 visual novel software Muv-Luv Alternative from Age.
