Singer IU's Agency: Live-Action Nodame Cantabile Offer Not Received

People at LOEN Entertainment, the agency of Korean singer and actress IU, told the news source My Daily, "A formal offer to appear in the Korean version of Nodame Cantabile has not arrived. We're not yet in discussions." Korean news sources reported last month that Group 8 (Korean live-action adaptation of Hana Yori Dango) had purchased the rights to adapt the Nodame Cantabile manga for broadcast in the last half of this year.
