Australia's Madman Aims to Bring Back 1st Gundam Series

Australian anime distributor Madman Entertainment reported on Sunday that it intends to bring back the first Mobile Suit Gundam television series later this year as part of the franchise's 35th anniversary.

Madman Entertainment previously distributed the 1979 Mobile Suit Gundam series on DVD in two collections. The first collection was released in 2011 and is now out-of-print. The second collection was released in 2012 and is still in print. Bandai Entertainment released the anime in North America.
