Tough/Riki-Oh's Saruwatari Draws One-Shot Manga

This year's May 1 issue of of Shueisha's Young Jump magazine is announcing on Thursday that Tetsuya Saruwatari (Tough, Riki-Oh) is running his one-shot manga "Rūnin -The Ronin the Ruined City-" in the next issue on April 24. In the story, "the strongest man rises in a devastated world."
