Kanojo ga Flag o Oraretara Manga's 1st Part Ends, 2nd Part Scheduled For April

Second part of Nagian's romantic comedy manga begins on April 25

The April issue of Kodansha's Shonen Sirius magazine will publish the ending to the first part of Nagian's Kanojo ga Flag o Oraretara manga on Thursday. The magazine also lists that the second part will begin in the magazine's June issue, which will be published on April 25.

The manga is based on Touka Takei's Kanojo ga Flag o Orarertara romantic comedy light novel series. In the original novels, the story revolves around Sōta Hatate, a boy who has the unique ability to see "Flags" above the heads of other people. The "Flags" mark critical crossroads in people's lives — when the choices they make will determine love, friendship, victory, and even death. He transfers into Tokyo's elite Hatagaya Academy, but instead of living by himself in the boys' dormitory, he ends up living with five beautiful girls under one roof.

Nagian launched the manga adaptation of the light novels in the Shonen Sirius magazine in July 2013. Kodansha published the ninth compiled volume of the manga on December 2.

The light novels were also adapted into a television anime series, which premiered last April. Crunchyroll streamed the television anime as it aired in Japan, and NIS America has licensed the anime for North American release.
