Yui: Yahello! You're going to go to the club room today, right?
Yui: Like, that kind of thing is super awesome!
Hachiman: In the first place, my last name isn't Hikitani.
Yukino: Isn't it cruel to ask Hikigaya that? Let's be a little bit more considerate. OK?
Yukino: Your tea will get cold.
Hachiman: I have a sensitive tongue.
Yukino: It's so frustrating that I can't put it into words, but...
Yui: Yukino...
Hayato: I knew that was the only way you do things.
Yukino: I hate your way of doing things.
Yui: But... Think more about peoples' feelings!
Hachiman: See... It's easy. This is the completion of a world where you don't hurt anyone.
Hachiman: Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. Zoku. Even while struggling, he and the two girls continue searching for the "real thing."

The romantic comedy revolves around an antisocial high school student named Hachiman Hikigaya with a distorted view on life and no friends or girlfriend. When he sees his classmates talking excitedly about living their adolescent lives, he mutters, "They're a bunch of liars." When he is asked about his future dreams, he responds, "Not working." A teacher gets Hachiman to join the volunteer "service club," which happens to have the school's prettiest girl, Yukino Yukinoshita.

Crunchyroll streamed the first anime season as it aired in Japan in 2013. Wataru Watari's original light novels also received a video game adaptation and a tie-in original video anime the same year. The novel series with illustrations by Ponkan8 topped the annual Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! (This Light Novel is Amazing!) rankings for 2013 and 2014.
