Honda Founder's Biographical Manga Gets Bilingual Ani-Manga Video Series

6-episode video series is based on Honda Sōichirō Honden manga
Car and motorcycle manufacturer Honda began streaming the first English "animated manga" video on Monday that adapts illustrator Shinji Hikino (Big Wing, Chape! Tsugaru Tetsudō Shiki Monogatari, Minna no Bus) and author Jinpachi Mōri's Honda Sōichirō Honden manga. The manga tells the story of Sōichirō Honda, who founded Honda in 1948.
So far Honda has posted the first and fifth episodes of the six-episode Honda Origins - The Manga video series. Honda will release new episodes monthly.
Shogakukan originally published the manga in 1992, and the publisher reprinted the manga in 2006 in commemoration of what would have been Sōichirō's 100th birthday.
The videos are also available in Japanese.
