Kendi Oiwa, Makoto Fugetsu Launch Granblue Fantasy Manga

The official Twitter account of Cycomi, Cygames' manga app, announced on April 4 that Kendi Oiwa (Welcome to the N.H.K., Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag -Kakusei-, Goth) and Makoto Fugetsu will launch a manga adaptation of Cygames' Granblue Fantasy smartphone game. Fugetsu is writing the script and Oiwa is drawing the manga. The announcement previewed two pages from the manga, and the first chapter of the manga is available now on Cycomi's website.

Cygames previously announced that it is producing an anime adaptation of the game with Aniplex and A-1 Pictures.
Cygames released Granblue Fantasy for iOS and Android devices in December 2013. The game features music from Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu and art by Final Fantasy VI and Final Fantasy IX art designer Hideo Minaba.
