Adult Game Developer Mink Shuts Down

Adult game creator Mink's representative director Toshihiro Abiru announced on Monday that Mink will shut down this year after the company releases its last work. In its announcement, Abiru noted that the company judged that it was "no longer our time." Abiru added that he would be happy if people thought of the company as one of the industry's cornerstones.
Mink began creating adult games in 1993 with its Wonpara Wars game. The company is perhaps best known for its Yakin Byōtō (Night Shift Nurses) series, which inspired numerous adult video anime. Some if its other games that inspired adult video anime include Lingeries (Office Lingerie), Utsukushiki Emono-tachi no Gakuen (Sin Sorority), Masho no Kao (The Two Facials of Eve), and Tsubaki-iro no Prigione (Heritage From Father).
