Elex Media Licenses Chika Iwa's High School Fiance Manga

Elex Media revealed on Wednesday that it has licensed Chika Iwa's High School Fiance (Konyakusei) manga, and will release the first volume on March 20.

The manga centers on Sachi Hanaoka, who is left alone after her parents passed away. Her fellow high schooler Koichi Saionji happens to own the apartment building where Sachi lives, and proposes that they marry as a way to survive together.

Iwa launched the manga in Shueisha's Margaret magazine in June 2015, and ended it in March 2016. Shueisha released three compiled book volumes for the manga.
