Irodori Sakura Licenses Midnight Rendezvous by Gay Erotic Manga Artist Banjyaku

OREGON, USA – September 23, 2022 – Irodori Sakura – BL, Yuri, and LGBTQ+ English localization imprint of indie manga publisher Irodori Comics – is delighted to announce Midnight Rendezvous license acquisition of indie manga artist Banjyaku.

Irodori Sakura is proud to announce it will release Banjyaku's latest self-published work Midnight Rendezvous (Yukizuri Midnight) this autumn with other works to follow. This will be the author's first official release in English.
Earlier this year, Irodori Sakura announced that it will expand its catalog of geicomi. The addition of Banjyaku to the list of artists it works with is the first step in achieving this goal.

Banjyaku is a prolific manga artist who primarily draws, and has self-published, numerous erotic manga for gay man or geicomi. The artist is most known for his hit manga Ikareru Otoko Flower and has been commercially featured in magazines catering to gay manga audiences such as Cho-Go-Kan and Comic G-men Gaho.

Midnight Rendezvous
Story and Art by Banjyaku

Goro is constantly belittled by his family and can't escape their teasing even when taking them out on vacation. When he goes to take a dip in the baths and catches sight of a bearded, macho, hulking specimen of a man, his ego takes a hit and he's consumed by a feeling of inferiority. Later, however, the same man offers him a chance to turn those feelings around and become more like an apex predator...

Midnight Rendezvous will release digitally in October for $10.25 and is currently available for pre-order on the Irodori Sakura website. The title will be made available on other platforms at a later date too.
