TOKYO – Jan. 12th, 2024 – Dankagu Shin'nen-kai, the one-hour new year's Touhou showcase presented by developer Unknown X, unveiled a plethora of new Touhou content including the reveal of Marisa of Liartop Mountain, the digital tabletop adventure RPG coming to PC via Steam in 2024.

Fan-favorite Touhou title updates include new music from beloved gaming composer Toby Fox for the the rhythm-based shoot-em-up Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost, and a new trailer for the roguelike dungeon designer Touhou Dungeon Maker: The labyrinth of heart.

Marisa of Liartop Mountain

Marisa has vanished, and a mysterious mountain has appeared! Navigate Reimu through peaks and valleys full of surprises, embarking on a journey akin to classic tabletop RPGs where dice rolls determine fate. In this branching narrative adventure inspired by classic gamebooks, turn the tide of battle against monsters with a fortunate roll, or deal with bad luck and follow the story down alternate paths.

Marisa of Liartop Mountain is an official Touhou Project Officially Approved Derivative RPG, coming to PC via Steam in 2024.

Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost

Legendary gaming composer Toby Fox adds to the extensive Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost song list with the reveal of the original track “U.N. Owen Was Hero?” created in collaboration with Touhou creator ZUN with cover art by Undertale artist Temmie Chang.

Blast enemies in rhythm-based bullet hell combat or tap to the beat of 68 Touhou musical arrangements. String together successive kills and musical notes to rack up high scores, and gather lost memory fragments to unveil the mysterious cause behind the land of Phantasia's demise. Venture through a brand new storyline distinct from the mobile release, and brave new battles against new heroine bosses.

Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost is coming to PC via Steam on Wednesday, Feb. 7th, 2024.

Touhou Dungeon Maker: The labyrinth of heart

Design the perfect dungeon to guide waves of encroaching enemy ghosts into the line of fire, and strategically place fighters and traps in key locations to survive for 100 days. Earn XP to upgrade friendly female warriors' strength after each day survived, and call upon the aid of more than six powerful Touhou heroines including Reisen Udongein Inaba, Satori Komeiji, and Hatano Kokoro for a boost of firepower. After every successful skirmish, rummage the depths for clues to piece together the story behind Gensokyo's haunting.

Touhou Dungeon Maker: The labyrinth of heart is now in development, coming to PC via Steam in 2024.
