No Fullmetal Alchemist for Teletoon

Teletoon isn't interested
While nothing has been said about any possibility of Fullmetal Alchemist airing on YTV, Teletoon, Canada's answer to Cartoon Network, has passed this statement on to Zannen Canada:
"Our programming department knows about Fullmetal Alchemist, and has decided that this title does not fulfill our brand requirements or the interest of the majority of our viewers. We understand that the animé genre is a popular one with a segment of the population, however, [Teletoon]'s priority has to remain being true to its brand – this commitment has served us well, and has allowed the network to position itself clearly amongst all other offerings."
