I know this is extremely early, but in my financial state (babysitting for $2 an hour per a child) I would like to start planning out every major thing now. And there are other cons I might go to instead that occur soon. Thats another reason for me posting this early.
Okay, so it seems like every other site I go to mentions Anime Weekend Atlanta so I think that I would like to go to it next time. But at the same time I want to go to a convention that's big, fun, has great guests, and pretty much keeps to schedule and has control of everything. Not to a con that just plainly sucks eggs. Has anyone gone to AWA before? If so, what is your say on it? Is it as great as it is popular? I do realize that hurricane Katrina must of had effect on it last time, (such a horrible time, God rest those peoples souls) but what about in 2004 or before? |
