Amazon.com is having a sale on all books 10$ and under. And that means most manga titles are included in this sale. If you buy 3 books under 10$ you will the cheapest free. You can do a search in the sale box to make sure the manga you want is part of the sale. The 10$ and under should include most Tokyopop and Viz titles. I looked up Bleach and Psychic Academy for a test and both manga came up in the sale.
