Mine is actually me trying to be an artistic, porcelain doll version of Tomoe Mami. I can't wait to really cosplay as her some time.

You're most welcome.
I have no doubt that if you cosplayed as Mami you'd look fantastic. Most Mami cosplayers wear obvious wigs which distract from the overall look, but with your lovely hair you won't have that problem. Though, you would have to style it with ringlets, which would be time consuming (but totally worth it). |

Well, the picture has been softened and brightened, but yes, it's a very yellow yellow.

I have no idea who and from what anime this is, but I really like it. However, I would like to at least know if it's male or female. I hope I'm not the only one who can't tell.

I don't know what gender the character is, but it looks male. However, in anime and manga guys are more girly than gals, therefore the character must be a tomboy (i.e. female). I'm only half-joking by the way. |

I don't know who it is but it looks like she/he is wearing something around their forehead, so that's a clue. There's also what looks like a book being held in the bottom of the image. So I dunno, maybe that'll help. I would assume male simply because the character design seems more likely to be male than female. |

It really looks like a Yoshitoshi ABe character design to me (he has a lot of female characters that look like that). I did some quick image searches but I couldn't find a match.
