I wonder if Al Yankovic is a fan of JoJo's? I think the music references and the supernatural theme that the show has would suit him very well.

Weird Al is great I've seen him in concert twice too.

Weird Al is a name all on his own. The fact that he can get props in a series like that makes it even better. And it was great when Mandatory Fun ranked #1 on the billboard charts.

And even had his own network Saturday-morning show for a while. (Don't feel badly if you don't remember it.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEOwTeI9geI |

I hope the clip ends up on the video screen during his concert tour.

^I was just thinking the same thing.
I saw my first Weird Al concert just 3 weeks ago, and it was a blast. I haven't watched Stardust Crusaders yet, but now that it's over I'm definitely going to start watching. |

To be fair, it was not bizarre at all, because the events are set in the fantastical version of 1980s, and Weird's parodies on Jackson like Eat It and Fat (Jackson has loved the idea and licensed both songs to Weird) was the thing that has propelled the parodist into international stardom as well as got millions of singles/albums sold. |

So Weird Al is just pointless now? (sigh) Well, I'd say he had a good run as a musician. 3 decades is pretty impressive.

Ever since he adopted that long-haired "hippie" look, he just hasn't been the geeky 80's-Al we remembered from his Michael Jackson days. To be honest, his Jurassic Park and Phantom Menace parodies are the last ones I can recall--What's he done lately? |

I'd say listening to it would be...Mandatory. |
