I remember when I could get gundam models at Walmart. I miss those days.

That was quite an epic ad of the Astray Red!
It's sad that us Americans are no longer able to buy any Gundam figures at retail stores.
Oh well, at least they're available on the Internet somewhere...

Both Barnes & Noble stores near me sell Gundam kits and other stuff from Bluefin (I know I've seen Sailor Moon and Naruto figures there), that's where I got my two Gundam kits.

You mean available at almost every major online retailer. As states above, Barnes & Nobles also carries some. As done Hobby Town USA which I imagine is only a small chain but I'm sure there's other small chains that carry them as well.

The face is very off. The engineering involved looks great, but that face just brings it down quite a bit. The vents are too large and spread too far apart. I hope that Bandai changes it before it's released, like they did with HG REVIVE Guncannon's large, round hip joints.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Perhaps you could elaborate?

I've never actually read Gundam Seed Astray, but this model has peaked my interest. Also it's a sure buy.

Your best bet is to order off the internet or go to your local hobby store if you want model kits.

YES! Astray is my favourite Gundam, and having an RG version of the main one is fantastic! Instant buy.

It's the vents on the face. It's a common complaint with Real Grades since they decided to mold them as cutouts instead of panel lines. Unfortunately it's not an easy thing to change considering their decision and the scale.

Aw yeah, my favorite mobile suit, and its being released the same month as my birthday. Its a shame I won't be in Japan anymore at that time...could've saved on shipping/import.

It's nothing special but a fun read. It's much better than Seed I will say that. To put it simply it's a shonen but with real robots. The main series is enjoyable but the artists of the side stories have a distracting obsession with breasts.
Published by Tokyopop just to warn you.
Also my favourite mobile suit, also lost many models to gravity and krazy glue.
