Anyone know why Light from Death Note appears towards the end of the video?


My guess is some sort of collaboration (due to the "x"), but if someone who can read Japanese could clarify it would be much appreciated.

Takeshi Obata, the artist behind Death Note and Hikaru no Go, is collaborating with Beshari Kurashi creator Masanori Morita (a "dream tag team," as this promo movie describes the partnership) on an (as yet untitled) one-shot manga. So the Jump Square magazine is just showing an example from each artist's previous works.
