Can't change episode star rating?

After some thought I wanted to change the star rating I gave an episode, but every time I change it it changes back after a couple seconds. I've tried it from both the episode review page and the weekly review page, and neither works as well as on older ratings I've left, it always changes back on its own without refreshing so I doubt its a cookie thing (my computer is set to delete cookies when I close the Chrome anyway). Any ideas, can't imagine this is an intentional feature?
