Are we sure that the Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team credit isn't just a kanji error? Could possibly be Kazuki Furuta.

It probably is. The problem, however, is that this kanji error (if it's indeed an error) is in the credits of the show itself. So unless there's an actual confirmation that Furuta was the one, who voiced that background character, I don't know hat else can be done, except making two entires for each Kazuki Yoshida. |
