Ha-ha! Except much younger! I don't think I want to know the circumstances in which she becomes pregnant. |

| Actually there has already been a live action series about this topic called "14-year-old mother" in 2006. | ||||

It's happened before. 10 and 11-year-old pregnancies aren't unheard of. http://www.nbc24.com/ http://blogs.usatoday.com/ http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ http://www.globalvoicesonline.org/ In fact, the youngest mother on record was 5-years-old Peruvian girl. |

| Why shenanigans? It's rare, but not impossible. | ||||

The bizarre, yet amazing, scientific discoveries we find out about our human forms never ceases to amaze me. That's all I have to say about that. I'm at a lost for words now. |

| im not suprised.
as a species, early in our existance our life spans were no where near what they are now. in prehistoric times living past 20-25 was a acomplishment. even during more "civilised" times it was commonplace in europe for commoners to be grandparents in there early thirties, and people in there mid to late 30's were considered old men and women and the average lifespan was mid 40's in the "modern world" people are living much longer, as per an example by the year 2012 japan has estimated it will have close to 2.5 million people over the age of 100 living in there country, my own grandmother is a nice healthy 98 years old due to turn 99 this december. Due to medical advancements, quality of living and social(primarily religious) reasons have shaped our senses as to what is normal and what is abnormal. what was part of life 400 years ago is now something disgusting. people are haveing children and a older and older age. in another hundred years i wouldint be suprised if people thought a person in there 20's having a child would be disgusting as well. |

You might want to put a warning on that link that it contains an image that could be illegal in some jurisdictions. US law provides a scientific merit defense for such images, but UK law, for example, does not. |

I realize that movies need to hold auditions and everything. But something just creeps me out when I visualize 400 tiny girls trying out for this role with a bunch of guys sitting around judging whether or not they will make a believable pregnant child. Creepy. Maybe I am just wierd? |

| FYI... Mary (from the Bible) presented herself before the council to request to be married at the age of 5... She married Joseph and gave birth somewhere around the age of 7...
Anyways, anyone seen book 2 of the manga for sale anywhere? I managed to get books 1 and 3.... |
