You and me both. Although, now that I think about it, it does make a lot more since that she's female. After all, you can't deny that she draws some good-looking males. Then again, I always thought that Kaoru Mori was male because of how she likes to draw--ahem--nude women and her ... interesting fascination with maids. Gotta love the Japanese and their many androgynous names. Rolling Eyes

That makes me a third right here then, I had no idea either. Tells you how updated I am in certain parts of the manga world. I hope she gets better soon, too. Although, I certainly hope that it's not to the extent of Togashi.

Me too. Though, I've also known of some magaka who also took some time off due to "health" and simply never return to his/her series. It's both disappointing and frustrating >_>.

Though, I shall have faith in them Anime smile. So...get better soon, kudasai.

Get better soon Hoshino Katsura, not for D. Gray-Man, but for yourself.

Also for those of you who read the manga, I believe in VIZ's translation they refer to her as a he. But she is in fact a she. Confused Most of the reasons why she is refered to as a he can be found on her wikipedia page for those of you interested.

Yep. When she was at a convention in Germany earlier this year, a fan snapped some pictures. You can see them here. (Someone should show them to Viz so they'll fix that...)

By this reasoning, Kubo Tite is also a woman. Very Happy

Anyway, I hope she'll get better soon, although ever since Togashi I'm pretty suspicious of mangaka citing "health reasons" for going on hiatus... Then again, I'm sure that making manga for a weekly magazine is definitely not good for one's health.

I really have to wonder what is wrong with her...I mean, she's constantly on hiatus. I just hope she's able to finish DGM and get better and live a good life ;__;.
