The name is clearly reversed, but we don't currently have a KIM, Kan-jun so first of all I checked the source given their single credit doesn't have one. I was looking for roman letters in the Japanese credits and didn't find them, but the English credits tipped me off - they are credited in Kanji as "金 光俊" which FUNimation has translated as "Kimu Kanjun". I'm assuming from this that they are Chinese or Korean.

They have other credits, mostly working for Trans Arts (just google "金光俊" "トランスアーツ" and you get plenty).

Now, if their name is Korean, then some limited research tends to suggest it should be written Kwang-Jun KIM, but I could use some more expert advice since I'm out of my depth where it comes to Korean and Chinese.
