That's just a 28% drop. Nowhere near the level that I was referring to. |

I know but higursahi was "deen quailty" and people still managed to enjoy it quite well, I just recently watched all of GSG again on netflix. I still enjoy the series alot but what can you do with people that prefer eye-candy over substance? This brings us back to the 30 seconds people are judging on a series that hasn't even aired yet. |

We're judging a series by what the production studio has given us to judge the series by. Whether or not the series surpasses that remains to be seen. It's still pretty bad that the Chuunibyou 5 minute webstream extra had sharper animation than what we have seen so far from Little Busters, but maybe JC Staff has just been holding back in order to surprise the fans. We'll see.

Typical Kyoani fanboy hive mentality reaction.
Sephirs I applaud you. |

Hive mentality? Was there a hive mentality against PA Works for their work on Angel Beats? Of course not. Call it a desire to see a high quality animated adaptation if anything else.

Folks can be such anime apologists.

I can kind of see the anime style being relevant, but at the same time, fans need to look beyond it at times.
I thought Gunslinger: Teatrino was arguably the better show than the first series, despite the beautiful styling of the first season. However, that was mostly because the style of the show changed so drastically between the two. I'm not sure how relevant that discussion gets in terms of visual novel to anime conversion in style. However, more needs to be said about insane animation fidelity alone with Kyoto Animation. That's one gigantic hurdle for other studios as well. They can't just sit there and think they can take on KyoAni so directly. They need to make their own animation technique niche. Which is what SHAFT, Gainax, Studio Bones and A1 studio are doing a great job of. And arguably Madhouse as well. JC Staff could afford to be more consistently well animated because when they do a good job, they can be as good as anyone. |

Well actually, I saw a good amount of people upset over that too (even though technically Angel Beats isn't a Key work). But there definitely wasn't as much due to P.A. Works still being a higher quality studio. |

Can someone explain the relationship between kendo kun and red bandanna kun?

Childhood friends who fight a lot because kendo guy takes a well-thought out approach to things whereas bandana guy faces things head on with the power of muscles without much thought of preparation.
