It's a song for the victims, saying the whole world is with you. A rough translation (there are a couple parts I'm not sure about but this should do for now):

That would be "Grand FuNk InC." Sometimes when you use different letters, you get different words. From their web site: "GRAND FUNK INC is a music production company that specializes in TV, Radio jingles, Movie Sound Tracks, Artist management and Label." [I'm not certain what it means to specialize in label, but that's what it says.] |

That was very lovely, I'd like to hear more Composers write Suites and Songs for Japan, Yuki Kajiura, the works.
On that note, I have not heard the wearabouts of Masumi Itou (aka Hikaru Nanase) Hope she and the many others are safe.
