it's not subordinate but kouhai, which is just a coworker who has been in the company for less time in this case ; japanese office politics make it totally look like subordinate, tho.
this show is like, well it's the first healing anime/iyashikei that I ahve watched that somehow stopped being relaxing , the past 2 peisodes have not been really good, it's worse considering how short it is. but the first episodes were pretty relaxing, it started going dowhill in the boob-weighting episode.

Well considering that the episodes are 5 min long, there isn't much to stear clear of. However, I will say this, the main girl (high school girl) is depicted in an interesting fashion. She fits the whole big boob trope but she isn't anime/cartoony about it, she understands that they are her assets that everyone first notices and even probably initiates contact with her by and that they are just that, Assets.
It's kind of realistic in it's depiction and a bit of a fresh take on a trope that is all too strongly controlled by set personality and reactions. She has a personality aside from her assets but she acknowledges her assets. The typical anime take is that a girl like her is either overly conscious of her assets or purposefully gives no attention to her assets. This show gives something in between.
