Plot Summary: Junior high student Rina Satō is an energetic girl living in a seaport town in Tohoku. Her mother passed away during the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami and now she lives with her father in temporary housing. Rina remembers her mother and the effects of the earthquake.
