Plot Summary: Dr. Kuwahara, an elite physician, could not forget Ren Nanase, whom he had loved in his youth. He changed hospitals one after another looking for her, until he finally met her again at the St. Cattleya Hospital. However, her attitude toward him was remote and his love could not be fulfilled. To make the matter worse, he received a photograph which showed Ren being molested. She had been turned into a lewd woman by Dr. Hirasaka in his female body experiment when she was at the St. Julianna Hospital. Dr. Kuwahara was disappointed and he lost his mind. Nurse Mana Kazama of the obstetrics and gynecology section loved Kuwahara, and she resembled Ren. Taking advantage of her feelings, Kuwahara raped her, deflowering her while shouting Ren's name.
