If this film causes more permanent damage than most Pokémon outings, that's wholly the fault of its main character, Keldeo.

Yeah, this ultra-cute parody of/homage to giant robot series is ultra-cheesy, but that doesn't keep it from also being ultra-good. A good-looking and surprisingly emotional close-out to one of the past year's hidden treasures.
