Interest Auctioned Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Sells for US$15,000+ in Japan

Auction for Grizzly, the Red Star Beast card ends on Thursday with 72 bids
The "Grizzly, the Red Star Beast" card from the English edition of the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game that was being auctioned on Yahoo! Japan has sold for 1,200,999 yen (about US$15,560) after 72 bids.
Konami originally gave away only six copies of this card to the runners-up of the 2010 Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship.
As of Wednesday, the highest of 53 bids was 398,000 yen (about US$5,180). The auction ended on Thursday at 11:31 p.m. in Japan (9:31 a.m. EST).
