Lupin III Edition Suzuki Swift Offered in Italy

It was recently announced that a limited edition Suzuki Swift automobile dedicated to Monkey Punch's iconic Lupin III character would be sold in Italy. The car features minor cosmetic changes to the base-model Swift, and is offered with either a 4-cylinder, 1.2-liter engine rated at 94ps (about 92 horsepower) or a 4-cylinder, 1.3-liter turbo diesel engine rated at 75ps (about 74 horsepower). The car also comes with a ten-year insurance policy that protects against theft, robbery, and fire.
Previously, the Italian auto maker Fiat launched a limited edition of their Fiat Nuova 500 car featuring an image of Lupin III. The Nuova 500's predecessor and inspiration, the classic 1957 Fiat 500 "cinquecento," has played a major role in various Lupin III works, such as the Hayao Miyazaki-directed Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro and the Lupin III: Green vs Red television movie.
