Voice Actress/Singer Akemi Kanda Gets Married

Negima!/Clannad/Persona 4 voice actress says she will continue her work in voice acting

Voice actress and singer Akemi Kanda revealed on her Twitter account on Friday that she is now married. Kanda notes that her husband is a regular company worker who is not involved in the voice acting industry. Kanda said that she will continue her work in voice acting without any change.

Kanda has voiced roles in more than 70 anime, including Persona 4 The Animation's Nanako Dōjima, Upotte!!'s Saiga, Negima!'s Asuna Kagurazaka, Cross Game's Wakaba Tsukishima, Baccano!'s Czeslaw Meyer, AKB0048's Yūko, and Clannad's Ryou Fujibayashi. She has also sang theme song performances for Negima!, Otoboku, Doki Doki School Hours, and Tona-Gura!.
