The cast also includes Ai Hashimoto, Katsuhisa Namase, Takayuki Yamada, Gaku Hamada, and Renji Ishibashi. Yūichi Fukuda (Yūsha Yoshihiko to Maō no Shiro show, live-action One-Pound Gospel and Saru Lock) is directing.

Tsutsumi starred in the live-action film adaptations of Mōryō no Hako and Mesu yo Kagayake!! He also played the older brother of the main character Susumu Kodai in the live-action Space Battleship Yamato film, the romantic rival Naitō in Maiko Haaaan!!!, the mechanic Norifumi Suzuki in the live-action Always: Sunset on Third Street trilogy, and Tadashi Hoshika in the live-action Space Brothers film.
