Interest PlayStation: The Official Magazine to End with Holiday Issue

Future US also ceasing publication of Nintendo Power by year's end
The publisher Future US confirmed with GameInformer on Tuesday that PlayStation: The Official Magazine will cease publication with the upcoming Holiday 2012 issue. Neither Future US nor PlayStation: The Official Magazine offered further comment immediately after the confirmation.
Nintendo of America confirmed in August that Future US would also be ceasing publication of the official Nintendo Power magazine in the December issue.
PlayStation: The Official Magazine was originally the unofficial PlayStation Magazine in 1997, but became the official publication of Sony's gaming platforms in 2007 when Ziff Davis ended its Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine.
