Killer Is Dead Game's 1st Promo Streamed

Famitsu is streaming the first promotional video for Kadokawa Games and Grasshopper Manufacture's Killer is Dead video game. The game stars Mondo, an "executioner" whose job it is to kill various heinous criminals.
The game is slated for release this year for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Executive Producer Yoshimi Yasuda (Kadokawa Games) stated that the game is planned for worldwide release, similar to Lollipop Chainsaw. Executive director Suda51 stated the game will be full of the "condensed essence" of his previous "assassin games" such as killer7 and No More Heroes. He also noted that the game will feature sword fighting action just as No More Heroes does, and that it will be a "brilliant" game that goes in a different direction from the "pop and cute" Lollipop Chainsaw.
