Hatsune Miku Joins Phantasy Star Online 2

"Costumes and more" to be added in April

Phantasy Star Online 2 producers Satoshi Sakai and Hiroshi Suganuma announced that Hatsune Miku will join Phantasy Star Online 2 at the "Game no Dengeki Kanshasai 2013 & Dengeki Bunko: Haru no Saiten 2013" event at the Belle Salle Akihabara event hall on Sunday. The announcement teased Hatsune Miku costumes "and more" are planned to be added in April. A floating Miku Dayō also appears in the promo for the add-on.

Sega launched Phantasy Star Online 2 for Windows last summer and a PlayStation Vita port was released on Februray 28. Sega will also release the game for iOS/Android smartphone devices, but the release has been delayed until this year to raise product quality. The game is free-to-play across all platforms.
