One Piece Celebrations in London Due on May 5

Toei Animation has announced that there will be celebrations of the twenty-fifth anniversary of One Piece in Europe, including celebrations in London.

A gigantic inflatable balloon will be displayed on Sunday May 5 at the "Now Trending" public space outside Tottenham Court Road tube station. The announcement adds that there will also be an immersive video experience. ("Now Trending" is lined with LED screens.)

The announcement mentions that a representative of Toei Animation Europe will be present at the balloon from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There will also be celebrations at the same time at ​Milan, Italy (Piazza Gae Aulenti in Portanueva), Berlin, Germany (Alexa Mall), Madrid, Spain (CC Principe Pio) and Paris, France (Hôtel de la Marine).

Fans can take selfies on May 5 and send them to www.luffybirthday2024.com or use the hashtag #LuffyBirthday2024 on Instagram. Their photos will be put on the website.
