Bandai Entertainment Holds May 29 Haruhi Launch Event
posted on 2007-05-04 08:48 EDTTo mark the North American DVD release of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya comedy, Bandai Entertainment and Kadokawa Pictures USA are holding a May 29 launch event in the Little Tokyo area of Los Angeles, California at 7 p.m. Little Tokyo's Anime Jungle collectors shop will offer both the regular and special limited editions of the DVD, the first CD soundtrack, and free marquee posters. The ASOS Brigade, a three-member group (Patricia Ja Lee, Haruka Inoue, and Kana Yuasa) created for the franchise's North American viral marketing campaign, will also make its first public appearance for signings.
