3 Anime Themes in May 20-27's Top Singles in Japan

"Motteke! Sailor Fuku" ("Take It! Sailor Uniform"), the Lucky Star comedy anime's opening theme sung by its four main voice actresses, debuted at #2 on Oricon's May 20-27 chart for all singles, anime and non-anime, in Japan. "Hayate no Gotoku!," KOTOKO's opening theme for Hayate no Gotoku! (Hayate the Combat Butler), debuted at #7 on the same chart. They follow in the wake of the previous week's #2 song, LoveCom's ending theme "Kiss: Kaeri Michi no Love Song" by Tegomass, which dropped to #6.
