Media Blasters Unveils New Licenses

The final industry panel of this year's Anime Expo, hosted by Media Blasters featured a number of major announcements; Through the rest of 2007 and into 2008, it will begin releasing Kujibiki Unbalance, the Genshiken OAV series, the Ikki Tousen sequel Dragon Destiny and last year's 12-episode TV series Otome wa Boku ni Koi Shiteru (Maidens are Falling in Love with Me). Media Blasters has also licensed two OVA's: Angel's Feather and Futari H (the anime adaptation of a manga announced earlier in the convention by Tokyopop) and acquired the rights to Golden Boy from ADV and to Angel Sanctuary from Central Park Media. Finally, it is involved in production work on a new Kite OAV, entitled Kite Liberator, and will be releasing it in the US once production is complete.
