News Tokyopop Posts World-Manga-Based Animation on MySpace

Tokyopop has announced the release of digital animation shorts based on its manga-influenced domestic library titles I Luv Halloween, A Midnight Opera, Bizenghast and Riding Shotgun on the MySpace community website. New installments by the Hong Kong studio Menfond Electronic Art will appear weekly for each show, with the first installment of I Luv Halloween debuting on July 16. Menfond has worked on the special effects of the 3D reissue of The Nightmare Before Christmas, the live-action Dead or Alive, and next year's live-action Blood: The Last Vampire.
