The Gigazine, Eurogamer, and Kotaku websites have posted images from a 2D anime promotional video for the home versions of the much anticipated Street Fighter IV game. While this press promotional video itself will not be in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, similar anime footage will be included to portray the backgrounds of the game's characters. (The arcade version will use still frames instead.) Producer Yoshinori Ono also indicated that a famous anime studio is producing these sequences, but has not announced more details yet.discuss this in the forum (10 posts) |

A Drifting Life is about the men behind the manga and the ways in which they and the art form they cherish grow to maturity. A must read for anyone who styles him- or herself a serious anime, manga, or indie comics fan.

Though slavishly formulaic and distinctly kid-oriented, this series about two starkly contrasting 8th graders who become a magical girl duo still looks good enough, and is distinguishable enough in its action components, to warrant at least a sampling by anime fans with diversified interests.
