posted on 2008-06-19 17:19 EDT
Big Tent Entertainment has announced that it will premiere a series of 20 shorts starring Domo, the fuzzy, brown mascot of the Japanese broadcasting network NHK, on the Veoh online video service on Friday. 18 videos of varying lengths are already available on the website for streaming or downloading. The 20 new shorts will premiere over the course of five weeks.
It was previously reported that the Nickelodeon television network would run a series of 26 two-minute Domo animated shorts in America in the first quarter of 2008. However, Nickelodeon has yet to show these episodes.
