English Gundam 00 Promo, Cast for 4 Meisters Posted

Bandai Entertainment launched its official Mobile Suit Gundam 00 website with the promotional video that was first shown at Anime Expo this past weekend, and posted the English dub cast for the four Gundam Meister pilots. Ocean Studios is producing the English dub of this science-fiction television anime series, which will premiere on America's Sci Fi Channel on November 17. The English dub cast for the Gundam Meister pilots are the following actors:
Setsuna F. Seiei: Brad Swaile
Lockon Stratos: Alex Zahara
Allelujah Haptism: Richard Ian Cox
Tieria Erde: Sam Vincent

The best thing about the grab bag of episodes on this disc is that there's probably something to suit most personal tastes—whether that taste runs from to intense philosophical drama to ... comical snowball fights.
If the moe phenomenon is so maligned, it's probably because there are very few titles that get it right. Strawberry Marshmallow is one that does.
But if the anime adaptation of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is crack, then, alas, the manga adaptation is like the mother of all hangovers—sans the high.
It casts no new light on, nor redeems, the uneven, often impressively idiotic content preceding it, however at times during this volume, Strawberry Panic is damned near a good series. Amazing.

Read Astro Boy for fun or for history—not for philosophical enlightenment packaged as classic manga.
