The livedoor website has begun an special advance streaming of one three-minute episode from the Flash anime adaptation of Takayuki Mizushina's Kemono to Chat (Chatting with Creatures) 4-panel manga. The story centers on Chacha Kenomoto, a high school freshman girl who can understand the language of cats and speak with them. (The girl's family name Kenomoto is a wordplay on the title, which literally means "Chatting with Creatures.")

The original video anime will ship in Japan on a DVD on October 23. Yūji Umoto is directing the animators at the Usagiou studio, and Maaya Sakamoto, Kana Ueda, and Sayuri Yahagi make up the voice cast. Mizushina not only created the manga but is also producing and writing the anime's theme song. In addition to drawing manga, he has also been a game tester, a reporter, a stage actor, a reporter, and a teacher.
